That might be related to the old login_time stuff. Try to customize the 
logged_in script in the cps_default skin layer 
(portal_skins/cps_default/logged_in) to remove the last lines that tries to do a 
setProperty on your readonly members.

BTW, this is a bug, LDAP readonly members should be able to login by default. 
Can you please add a ticket on trac for that issue please?

Yes. Have a look in the HISTORY file and DEPENDENCIES.txt to guess if you need 
upgrade other products as well, but I don't think so.
