[CPS-devel] Trac user

Hi all,

It could be possible to have a personnal trac user ?   I've oppened
some tickets using tracguest, but I would like to receive the mail
notifications about the ticket changes.   As we are developing over
CPS 3 trunk, I need to know which of our patches are included in CPS
itself, and which need to be applied manually.

As CPS will become our bread of every day, probably we will provide a
lot of bug reportings and patches.   For instance, now I already have
found two little bugs I would like to provide patches for.
