[CPS-devel] heads up: membership and registration properties

Heads up about a few changes to the membership and registration tools:

- CPS now uses its own registration tool (import and export steps are  
provided).

- Some properties that used to be on the portal object itself have  
been moved:
   - "enable_password_reset" and "enable_password_reminder" now  
belong to the membership tool.
   - "enable_portal_joining" and "validate_email" now belong to the  
registration tool.
   The "Upgrade portal properties (3.3.8->3.4.0)" upgrade step should  
be run to fix this.

- The registration tool and the membership tool are now imported and  
exported in the profile through GenericSetup.
