[CPS-devel] CPSMailAccess Not work?

Greetings,

I am trying to install CPSMailAccess-1.2.0-4 on the following versions of 
software:

Python 2.4.3
Zope 2.9.3
CPS 3.4.0

I get the following error when trying to run the installer:
