[CPS-devel] cps-project.org migrated ! (was: Re: [CPS-users] cps-project migration)

cps-project.org is now under CPS 3.4, and uses its shiny default theme
as well.
 
The content was a bit reorganized to ease navigation through sections. 
Mork work will be done during
the week, so please don't hesitate to comment and share your opinion.

PS:
note to cps-project portal members: the members section now follows CPS
3.4 default path (members is in root)
and will be started from scratch for cleaning purpose, but we kept of
course the old workspaces/members section at this time,
with all its content.
