[CPS-devel] CPSSkins changes?

It seems newer versions of CPSSkins generate html that is a little different
from previous versions I've used. The title of a page block no longer
becomes the id for the corresponding table element, rather it appears in the
summary attribute of said table element. This means I now have no way of
referring to a specific page block from outside of CPSSkins.
Could someone please explain to me what the reason is for this change?
I'm using CPSSkins 2.7.0 R1 from svn on Plone 2.1.
