[CPS-devel] Release (3.4.1) today

I tried a migration from a 3.4.0 instance yesterday but I did have some
problems upgrading. I don't have the time today to report the errors
right now since I'm still abroad. I guess we need to ensure it migrates
fine from 3.4.0 before doing a new release of the 3.4 branch.
