If you get an Unauthorized error you should try to enabled verbose-security in 
etc/zope.conf and report the traceback.

Which version of CPSLDAPSetup are you using? 1.0.0 is out but was not announced 
on this list because it requires CPS 3.4.1 which is not out yet.
