[CPS-devel] cpsdocument_edit_form does not work with javascript on IE

I see that it is set as a duplicate of 1778 the fix for that duplicate 
does touch any macros or pt's used in cpsdocument_edit_form.pt, so I 
doubt that http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/ticket/1759 is fixed.
