[CPS-devel] Encode constants in MembershipTool and TranslationService

Hi,

There are two encode constants in MembershipTool 
(http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/browser/CPS3/products/CPSDefault/trunk/MembershipTool.py#L138) 
and TranslationService 
(http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/browser/Zope2/TranslationService/trunk/Domain.py#L35) 
that can be taken to the portal (Default portal charset).

Is it necesary to put a string constant? Can I put the portal property 
in a better way?
