[CPS-translators] [Help] (urgent) CPS Russian i18n (crosspost to [CPS-Users])

Hi,

I have problem with CPS i18n. I've added ru(ssian) local using Localizer 
tool and defined translation for several messages. But when I switch 
language of the CPS site to Russian I receive '?????' instead of translated 
labels.

I've set previously UTF-8 as the local encoding, the CPS main template 
encoding, and the ZMI encoding.

Where I have to look for solution? Can anybody help me with this.

P.S. I'm sending .po file with few messages translated to russian (among 
others, button_ok and button_search). Encoding UTF-8.
