[CPS-translators] Why CPS says my pt-BR.po file is bad?

Two hints:

- Import it manually to Localizer's default MessageCatalog, you will 
eventually get a more verbose error message;

- Use another tool like gtranslator or kbabel which would give the line 
where the error occured.

Eventually, we could take a look at it.
