[CPS-translators] Why CPS says my pt-BR.po file is bad?

I did. I've used kbabel and when validating I could not identify the
errors it was complaining. Taking a closer look however, I found that
pot files are really boring concerning to punctuation, etc.

For example, I have an entry (msgstr) that ends with a colon but the
msgid doesn't: kbabel complained about this but I couldn't understand -
what the hell is going on here! The entry has no error.

But removing all punctuation, that is, leaving the punctuation exactly
as msgid's seems to satisfy kbabel - no error messages anymore.

I'll correct all files and try CPS again; unfortunately, only next week.
