Just one thing: we have to use pt_BR, en_US and so on.
We have talk about that with other members of the staff (but Herve) and
locale can accept only two format: pt.po and pt_XX.po.
If you said brazilian is different enough from portugese, pt_BR is good
for me.
I think that fr_FR is very different from fr_CA and to call fr_FR just
fr is a little abusive. But locale rules accept it. Web browsers know
how to deal with all that folks, then we can abuse of everything for
the moment.
