[CPS-translators] custom.pot and $PACKAGE.pot files

Hi,

  I'm having some trouble translating some CPS files to Brazilian
  Portuguese.

  I've translated CPSDefault/i18n/cpsdefault.pot file, creating
  pt-br.po. But some messages are in custom.pot file.

  How do I merge these files to create a unique translated pt-br.po?

  Is it possible to do this after having translated cpsdefault.pot, so
  that I don't loose my work so far?
