[CPS-translators] missing cpswebmail.pot

Hi,

   I've noticed that there aren't cpswebmail.pot and custom.pot files 
   in CPSWebMail/i18n directory.

   Is this a new behaviour, that is, en.po will be the reference pot
   file or is this a bug?
