[CPS-translators] New ticket for galician, portuguese and valencian/catalan translations

Hello, once Jesús Martín and his team have commited the galician, 
portuguese and valencian/catalan translations, I think there are an 
issue to be done:
 - It is needed to add the new languages to the CPSDefault profile 
(vocabularies) and forms (factory.py)
