[CPS-translators] Polishing translations for CPS 3.4.4

Hello list,

As you may know, CPS 3.4.4 is about to be released :

The translations haven't changed much except for the following pages :

* http://localhost:8080/cps/login_form
* http://localhost:8080/cps/account_lost_password_form
* http://localhost:8080/cps/workspaces/folder_recursive_publish_form

The Spanish translation updates is particularly awaited.

The following document gives some background information and tips
on translating CPS .po files :

CPS 3.4.4 could be released by March 23rd or 26th depending on
the time needed to provide the translation updates.
