[CPS-translators] New translations for CPS 3.4.4

Hello! we have 3 new languages for CPS, these are: galician, portuguese 
(NOT Brasilian) and valencian.

We hace all the .po files with all translated entries for the CPS 
products: CalZope, CPSBlog, CPSChat, CPSCourrier, CPSDefault, 
CPSDirectory, CPSDocument, CPSForum, CPSLDAPSetup, CPSMailAccess, 
CPSNavigation, CPSOOo, CPSPortlets, CPSRSS, CPSSchemas, 
CPSSharedCalendar, CPSSkins, CPSSubscriptions, CPSTypeMaker, CPSWiki, 
and Localizer (.mo and .po).

Now that we have the transalations, ¿Which is the process to follow to 
make it work for CPS?
