[CPS-translators] New translations for CPS 3.4.4

If you find that the document, or the other documents in CPSI18n,
are not clear enough please ask questions or give suggestions.
Please also note that Jesús Martín from La Salle is in the process
of integrating some of these languages in CPS. He is just some hours
from commiting his work. You might want to get in touch.
