[CPS-users-fr] cause de ces erreurs svp ?!

J'ai regulierement ce type d'erreurs lors de la création de nouveaux elements ou de renommage comme

J'aimerais savoir la cause de ces erreurs et comment les eviter ?!dites moi si c'est de simples bugs ou 
une erreur de paramétrage ?!  

1- c'est la cas ici où j'ai essayé de renommer un état dans un workflow :

2- ici j'ai eu une erreur lorsque j'ai voulu créer un workflow en selectionnant un type dans la liste presettings (j'ai du donc créer un workflow sans presetting) :
