Yes, the nightly build include all products.

Then I don't understand why it doens't work. A fresh instance shouldn't 
make a difference. The translations are for CalZope re-read from the 
locales directory when you start the server.

Yes, that's the idea. Although we don't have any timeplan for it. Or at 
least, I don't. :)
