[CPS-users] Index Searching of PDF, DOC, XLS ...

Hello,

I've been looking for a solution for weeks... But with no success... I would also be interested in any kind of idea !

We are using CPS 3.4.0-3, the convertes are installed and configured as required; the path to the converters directory is OK.

I am using the current version of CPS (3.4.0.3) windows installer. The path to the converters directory is visible in the system path

any thoughts?

Which CPS version? Which platform? You need wvHtml, pptHtml, xlHtml and xpdf in 
your PATH so that portal_transform can build it's engines. For more details see:

https://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/file/PortalTransforms/trunk/README 

If you have all of them, configure your etc/zope.conf file to set the log level
to "debug" for the event.log and set the "debug-mode" option to "on", restart 
zope, retry to index documents and watch the logs.
