Hmm. That's a bit strange, but probably not serious. That upgrade is 
only needed if you upgraded from a CPS 3.3 site (but if you did you 
should probably not get that error).

Yes, that's a bug in CPSSharedCalendar. It's already fixed, and will be 
included in the next CPSGroupWare release. The upgrade in itself is not 
needed (it just shouldn't raise that error if you try to run it anyway).
