[CPS-users] Re-re-release of CPS 3.4.2

Due to a bug in my packaging scripts, the previous tarballs were not  
correct.

I have made a CPS-platform-3.4.2-2.tar.gz tarbal (and a zipball too).

The groupware release has been removed because we want a different  
numbering for it (it will be done tomorrow and will be called CPS  
groupware 2.0).

Sorry for the confusion.
