[CPS-users] Error in Image Gallery Portlet : local variable 'outfile' referenced before assignment

Hello, i have the error in subject when i add an image into image gallery folder;
i found http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/changeset/34711 
but i think is related to an old version not mine (3.4 on fedora FC5).
Any clues?
