[CPS-users] Upgrading from 3.2.4 to 3.4

OK, this one is fixed by running cpsskinsupdate & cpsskinsmigrate, as
described in this post :

After this, it is possible to import the 'DefaultSite' Profile in
portal_setup and complete the upgrade

However our customized theme is not applied on the front page, even if
it is selected as the default -- it seems however that *some* pages use
the theme.

I see there are some issues with the index_html method -- could this be
related ? If yes, does any of you have any idea on how to fix it ?
