[CPS-users] Ubuntu upgrade from Breezy to Dapper botched CPS site

Hi. I ran a CPS site under Ubuntu Breezy.

After upgrading to Dapper, my CPS instance won't run anymore. The CPS site
is not a production site so its contents aren't critical. I just want to
learn more what happened and is there anything I can do to recover any
contents I made from the old CPS site.
