Hi,

I got more memory for my server; it has 512MB now and the memory
utilisation has this profile:
---------------------------------------------------
top - 14:47:50 up 5:19, 3 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
Tasks: 78 total, 2 running, 76 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
Cpu(s): 0.0% us, 0.0% sy, 0.0% ni, 100.0% id, 0.0% wa, 0.0% hi, 0.0%si
Mem: 500560k total, 311964k used, 188596k free, 25848k buffers
Swap: 682720k total, 0k used, 682720k free, 121424k cached

I've tried to enable mod_cache in Apache2 config files but I'm not sure
it's
working, since /server-info gives me this info:
*Module Name:* mod_cache.c*Content handlers:* *none**Configuration Phase
Participation:* Create Server Config, Merge Server Configs*Request Phase
Participation:* *none**Module Directives:*CacheEnable - *A cache type and
partial URL prefix below which caching is enabled*CacheDisable - *A partial
URL prefix below which caching is disabled*CacheMaxExpire - *The maximum
time in seconds to cache a document*CacheDefaultExpire - *The default time
in seconds to cache a document*CacheIgnoreNoLastMod - *Ignore Responses
where there is no Last Modified Header*CacheIgnoreCacheControl - *Ignore
requests from the client for uncached content*CacheIgnoreHeaders - *A space
separated list of headers that should not be stored by the
cache*CacheLastModifiedFactor
- *The factor used to estimate Expires date from LastModified
date*CacheForceCompletion
- *Percentage of download to arrive for the cache to force complete transfer
**Current Configuration:*

       Current Configuration is empty!
I'm using the config suggested by Stefane Fermigier early in this
thread.
I've disk cache since the respective directory is populated by
apache2 by I'm not sure
about memory cache.
Is there anything else I could do to improve the performance, or to
benchmark it so I
can compare to see if there is room to improvement.
      Thanks for any info.
