You can't use 'stock' LDAPUserFolder as it doesn't have any group support.

If you're using a CPS 3.4 you can use this :
http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/browser/CPSLDAPSetup/trunk/

If it's a 3.2.x or 3.3.x then :
http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/browser/LDAPUserGroupsFolder/trunk/
