[CPS-users] Got lost in time

I have used CPS in early 2003, and until now i'm using it again:  i cann't
found things in  CPS 3.4.
How can i change the way content is  displayed in sections.
Back in 2003 i knew there were skinners, now i just have three options
section, blog and agregate blog.
Maybe portlets ?
any hint or documentation someone can suggest me , i would be very grateful.
