You have at least remainings of the CPSMailAccess profile.
canHaveMailBox cannot work right now with CPSLDAPSetup, although this
shouldn't harm IIRC (you wouldn't get the action, that's all).
About the 'invalid credentials' error: can you perform a LDAP search
from the ZMI (in portal_directories/members_ldap) ? (this is lower
level)

At this point, multiple email addresses would break CPSMailAccess
sending functionality.
