Hi,
check if you have the webmail_enabled widget in the "members" layout. If 
it isn't there, create it. Also, check the layout of the "members" 
layout and add a row for the webmail_enabled widget.

I would bet that the widget exists, but it's missing from the layout. 
The reason is that the <table><row>...</row></table> definition from the 
layouts/members.xml file overwrite the previous layout definition (see 
https://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/ticket/1542 for the possible reason for 
this).
