[CPS-users] Problems with CPS Setup tools.

Hi,
today i tried to upgrade a cps 3.2.4 site to 3.4.0, looking at the
istructions in
http://www.cps-project.org/sections/documentation/sysadmin/upgrading-to-cps-3-4.
In the step 'add a "CPS Setup Tool from the "CPS Tools" ZMI menu item' I
get this error:

Should I report a bug for this, or I miss something in the upgrade process?
