Hello, I don't know what Nuxeo used for their screencasts but I can point you to a nice software that does exactly what you need and probably more. The software is called Wink and the homepage is at http://www.debugmode.com/wink/ I've created some tutorials with it and I'm very happy. It's availble for linux and windows and it's free both for personal and business use. The new 2.0 version (for Windows) has also a feature that permits to add audio to the tutorials. The tutorials can be exported in Flash, standalone EXE, PDF, PostScript, HTML or as images (BMP/JPG/PNG/TIFF/GIF).
