Hi,

    I never did it myself yet (it's in my agenda), but there is some docs in
the cps-project.org site that teach
how to implement an workflow that has this behaviour; they use the stack
concept, pushing the doc to the stack;
seems that with each approval, the document is popped; and there might exist
a rule that enforce, e.g., all or nothing,
that is, only publish if approved by every reviewer.
    Take a look in those docs; I think they can help!
