[CPS-users] about SKIN

I am beginer in CPS, i want to create a new site "customer", i want to customize the skin but i don't want to use the ZMI, what is the ideal way to do it?
i create  a folder customer in zopeInstance/Products...
How i can install my new skin on this site?
