[CPS-users] CPSMailAccess and subfolders

Hi everyone,

I have a question about CPSMailAccess and the list of folders/
subfolders. I have just started migrating our email service over to
the server running CPS, and the CPSMailAccess finds my INBOX through
IMAP just fine.

However, the subfolders I have created (in Apple Mail, but which are
also accessable in my user's Maildir on the server, and through other
IMAP clients), do not show up below the INBOX folder. Instead, the
CPS webmail folder structure shows only the default(?) folders:
Drafts, Sent and Trash (which are all empty, by the way...). I have
tried playing with the treeview style setting (lotus or classical),
but there's no difference (other than the subfolders being put
beneath the INBOX, instead of beside it).

I have also added a new subfolder through the CPS webmail interface,
and that does show up both in the CPSMailAccess *and* in the IMAP and
Maildir folder structures. But, the other subfolders (that were not
added through the CPSMailAccess), are still missing from the CPS
webmail. And, sync'ing the mailbox doesn't help either.

Is there any way to force the CPSMailAccess to update its folder
list, or is there something else I'm missing? Thanks!

Regards,
