Of course there has. Loads of them. Each of them with it's own peculiarities.

Yes, and you got a more credible answer, but proceeded to misinterpret
it to make it less credible, so that you could ignore it.

You don't need to insert thousands of documents by hand. Writing a
script for it is usually not a complicated affair.
