[CPS-users] UTF-8 characters in CPS-RSS 1.0.0-1 feeds also cause site imports to fail ...

Dear Readers,

I should perhaps have added to my previous post that the same Unicode
error also seems to occur when one tries to import a previously
exported site with UTF-8 material in the CPS RSS feeds. The upshot is
that the site import fails.
