Yup. How you do that depends slightly on how zope is installed.
Try
   bin/zopectl stop
   bin/zopectl adduser anuserid apassword
   bin/zopectl start
to add a new root user. You should then be able to log in with that
user, which you then can use to reset the other passwords.
