[Cps4] Opening the list

This Florent has published a first doc on the CPS4 roadmap
(http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/file/CPS4/trunk/doc/ROADMAP.txt), and we
have a sprint next week, I propose that we announce the project to the
world and we start opening the list.
