[CPS4] lucene transactions

Well this is trivial, just use a BDB backend for the index store. if you
really need transactional support on Lucene. Ask google about that. They
are a lot of people reporting a successful use of BDB with *lots* of
documents in the store. This is what the Lucene guys are advertising as
transactional support for Lucene.

I believe having a transactional support for the index store is not
something critical a this stage.
