[CPS4] lucene transactions

The real interesting part here, IMHO, is the document update additional
support. This is something that sucks on 'stock' Lucene.

We need to have more "real life" experience with NXLucene to speak up
about the usefulness of Compass. This said this will be highly tied to
the infrastructure we will use in the future with CPS4 for the
communication in between (external) components.
