 Steps to reproduce:

   * Create a calendar in CPS and register it as remote calendar in Mozilla
 Calendar
   * Create a new event in Mozilla
   * Click on the event in CPS: the attachment is set to "NONE"
   * A broken link points to /path/to/calendar/event/uuid1153822978550/NONE
 which gives a 404 Not Found error
