 When the default browser language selected is pt-br, the jscalendar should
 use the calendar-br.js, but it uses calendar-pt.js. When the default
 browser langauge is english, and the Localizer selected language is pt_BR,
 it uses calendar-en.js. Also, calendar-pt.js seem broken.

 We need to support pt_BR, at least, and preferrably also pt.
