Comment:

 "Indeed when clicks it on “show old upgrade” some updates do not have
 the statute “done”. But when I starts again these updates there is no
 change of their statute. This problem prevents me from carrying out the
 second stage,"

 This is not a problem, but perfectly normal. Not all upgrade steps are
 necessary or even possible for all site. This therefore has no relation to
 your second problem.

 Note that the document for upgrading to 3.4 is for upgrading TO 3.4. When
 you start with 3.4.0 and upgrade to 3.4.1, all you need to do is to
 install the new products, restart the server, and run any available
 upgrades (in your case, none). You shuld not need to import any CPS
 Default site.
