 According to wiki syntax any phrase becomes a wiki name when enclosed in
 '[[' and ']]'.

 At least with a RST parsed CPSwiki the last ] is shown like normal text.
 It works when just using '[[' and ']'. But this behavior is not the
 expected and I guess it will change some time. Then existing wiki pages
 will become corrupted.
