Comment:

 Now that we have Generic Setup, the custom.css thing should be replaced by
 a tool for ressources, that should go to CPSDefault (because that's where
 header_header.pt is located).

 This tool should simply hold line properties for css and js ressources.
 We could eventually add scripts (python) in there to have context-
 dependent ressources links (they would return the ressources strings).

 I need it soon, therefore the milestone
