Comment:

 I think this impacted both cases, because the popup was called from the
 portal object (${base_url}/popup_internallinks_form). The concerned macro
 used then 'here' faithfully  to build the folder prefix of the search.

 Fixed in [50169] by calling it either from the portlet's containing folder
 or the closest proxy folder (not folderish) right above the current proxy
 if this isn't a portlet. Latter case not tested, though, so I don't close
 right now.
